This is a huge symbolic gesture, and ONCE AGAIN, NBC drops the ball. It’s so incredibly, fucking unfortunate that Olympic coverage in the United States has been sold to a corporation that doesn’t understand symbolism in the slightest.  Seriously, NBC, are you trying to become FOX News? Between this and the story about the South Korean fencer, NBC is doing a pretty good job ignoring South Korea in its coverage. Boo. Hiss. That’s because the only thing people want to talk about when it comes to the Olympics is Michael Phelps.  Seriously… Phuck Phelps
